Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and other EU countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will check whether delivery is possible.

Delivery time

Because our supplier ships directly to you, delivery takes 2 to 7 days. You can see the expected delivery time before you complete your order. In any case, we deliver no later than 30 days after your order, unless we agree otherwise with you.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free and includes tracking. Any costs that apply to your order are always shown clearly before you complete your order.

Tracking

Every shipment has a tracking code. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we email you the tracking link. Your parcel is delivered by a carrier that may differ per shipment, mainly Relay and Royal Mail. You can follow your parcel via the link in the email or on the carrier’s website.

Delays or damage

Is your order delayed, or did your parcel arrive damaged? Let us know as soon as possible via the contact page on morningsandtails.com. For damage, please send clear photos of the packaging and the product within a reasonable time after delivery. We will then find a solution together with you.

We bear the risk of loss or damage until the parcel is delivered. Once it has been delivered to the address you provided, the risk passes to you.

Customs, duties and taxes

Our products are shipped from outside the UK and the EU. All prices shown include VAT. If any import duties or other charges could apply to your delivery, we will tell you clearly before you place your order, so there are never any surprises.
