Refund & Returns Policy

Our 30-Day Empty-Jar Guarantee

We know not every dog responds to a supplement in the same way. That is why every supplement order comes with our 30-Day Empty-Jar Guarantee:

  1. Use the product as directed for up to 30 days.
  2. If it did not work for your dog, contact us within 30 days of your order via the contact page on morningsandtails.com, and include your order number.
  3. We refund the full amount you paid for that order to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.

There is nothing to prove: no forms, no photos and no return shipping. You can keep the empty jar. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and never limits them.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If your order is delivered in parts, the 14 days start on the day you receive the last part. For a subscription, the 14 days start after the first delivery.

If we have not informed you about your right of withdrawal, the cooling-off period is extended by up to 12 months after the end of the original cooling-off period.

To withdraw, contact us via the contact page on morningsandtails.com or send us the model withdrawal form below. Please include your name, your order number and which products you want to return.

How to return a product

  1. Tell us within the cooling-off period that you want to withdraw.
  2. We will reply with the return address. Please always contact us first and never send products to our supplier. We are your point of contact, even though our products are made and shipped from outside the UK and the EU.
  3. Send the products back within 14 days of notifying us.
  4. Keep your proof of postage. It protects you if the parcel gets lost.

Return costs

When you use your right of withdrawal, you pay the cost of returning the product. Returns under our 30-Day Empty-Jar Guarantee do not require any return shipping.

Refunds

  • We refund the purchase price, including the standard delivery costs you paid, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We do not refund extra costs for a premium delivery option.
  • We refund using the same payment method you used (card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay), unless we expressly agree otherwise.
  • We may wait to refund until we have received the product back or until you have shown proof that you have sent it.

Condition of the product

You may handle the product as you would in a physical shop. If the product has lost value because you handled it more than necessary to assess it, we may deduct that loss in value from your refund. Please handle the product with care and return it in its original packaging where possible.

Exceptions

Our supplements are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once you have broken the seal, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. If the seal is still intact, you can return the product as described above. Opened products are still covered by our 30-Day Empty-Jar Guarantee.

Please note: our supplements are intended for dogs older than 12 weeks.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a product is faulty or you received something other than what you ordered, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement or refund under your statutory rights. In that case, we also pay the return costs.

Please contact us via the contact page on morningsandtails.com with your order number and a photo of the fault or the incorrect item, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
